Mechanical Construction
Located in the heart of New York City, Picart’s 30,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility is fully equipped to handle projects of any scale. At the core of our operations are state-of-the-art, fully automated coil line and plasma cutting machines. Our shop is capable of fabricating standard galvanized ductwork, stainless steel types 304 and 316, and heavy-gauge metals up to 10 gauge—ensuring we meet the diverse needs of today’s construction industry.
From concept to completion, our expert team delivers seamless, disruption-free installations. We plan for every phase of construction from the outset, enabling smooth field coordination and improved efficiency. To stay ahead of industry demands, we continuously adapt to new challenges, using advanced surveying tools and 3D data collection equipment to boost productivity across job sites. Backed by highly skilled labor from multiple disciplines, Picart ensures every project is executed with precision and success.
HVAC Services
Picart is proud to operate its own 24-hour service division, ensuring that every system we install is fully supported by our in-house team—anytime, day or night. Our service division also offers comprehensive preventive maintenance for heating and air-conditioning systems through annual contracts, serving a wide range of clients including schools, municipal buildings, and other institutions.
